About Patrik

Patrik von Bergen brings more than 30 years of go-to-market experience from both large corporations and startups in the US and Europe. He has held senior leadership roles across sales, marketing, and business development, with a particular focus on driving cross-functional alignment and organizational focus.

For the past decade, Patrik has specialized in helping companies successfully implement OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) at every level—typically beginning with executive leadership teams and then expanding to departments and individual teams. Today, he runs OKR.se, a boutique consultancy dedicated to practical and sustainable OKR implementation.

His approach is rooted in making management teams and organizations more agile. Drawing inspiration from Eric Ries’ Lean Startup and Jeff Sutherland’s Scrum methodology, Patrik has developed an execution framework that integrates OKRs as a natural part of strategy and operations. After studying John Doerr’s Measure What Matters and Google Ventures’ workshop How Google Sets Goals: OKRs, he refined this framework, integrating OKRs, to bridge long-term vision with day-to-day execution.

Patrik began collaborating with OKRs.com in 2024, after supporting a Stockholm-based multinational business operating across the Americas, Europe, and the Middle East. He is based in Stockholm, Sweden, and primarily works with organizations across Scandinavia, while also taking on select assignments in Europe and the Middle East.
