OKRs COACH NETWORK
What is the OKRs Coach Network?
The mission of the network is to enable OKRs coaches to connect and exchange best practices in order to develop OKRs coaching skills that improve alignment, focus, engagement, communication and learning in the global workplace.
Who should join?
I created the OKRs Coach Network for both external and internal OKRs coaches seeking to take their OKRs coaching skills to the next level. Members interested in a rigorous training program may also explore becoming a certified OKRs coach by completing an apprenticeship program with Ben Lamorte. This network also enables internal OKRs coaches to get lightweight support rather than committing to a formal OKRs coaching engagement.
What do OKRs Coach Network members get?
Network members connect with other OKRs coaches on our discussion board and participate in Q&A sessions with leading experts from around the world. Here are some of the materials members will be able to access:
- Actual OKRs tracking worksheets
- Handouts used in training workouts
- OKRs workshop training slide decks
- Sample proposals for both remote and onsite OKRs coaching engagements
- FAQs documents that organizations use internally to document their deployment parameters
How can OKRs.com clients benefit?
If you are an OKRs.com client and played the role of OKRs Project Lead, we encourage you to enroll in the OKRs Coach Network as an internal coach. All OKRs.com clients are eligible for a discounted membership. This network gets you direct access to your dedicated OKRs.com coach even after completing your formal engagement with us. This is a great way for us to stay in touch and ensure your long-term success with OKRs.
Why Join Now?
In addition to the standard benefits of membership, OKRs Coach Network Founding Members who join in 2020 will have direct access to office hours with Ben Lamorte and his team of certified coaches around the globe.
